The Inbox provides access to Correspondence and Receipts presented in a display grid.  


Correspondence

Upon selection of the Correspondence button, the Correspondence grid is displayed.


The Correspondence display grid includes the following elements:  

  • Business ID – The Date the filing is successfully added to the In-Progress Filings.
  • Business Name – The Entity Type or other high-level category for the specific filing.
  • Category – The Entity Type or other high-level category for the specific filing.
  • Transaction Description – The Status of the filing including:  Pending payment and any error statuses.
  • Filing Type -  specific Filing Type.
  • Reports – Select the Reports hyper-link to View Correspondence.


Business ID, Business Name, Category, Transaction Description, Filing Type, and Reports.  The View Correspondence hyper-link appears under the Reports header in the grid and allows for the viewing of the specific correspondence upon selection.



After selecting the View Correspondence hyper-link, the system will load the correspondence in PDF format for viewing.  The exact location of the correspondence to be viewed will vary depending on the browser being used; but commonly appears on the bottom of the current web page.  Upon selection of the loaded correspondence, the correspondence document opens for view.


Note that an application that allows viewing of a PDF is required to view an image.  Adobe Acrobat reader is a common example of a PDF reader that is available for free.  


The Correspondence grid includes:

The Receipts grid includes the same data columns as Correspondence:  Business ID, Business Name, Category, Transaction Description, Filing Type and Reports.  The Reports hyperlink is View Receipt.


The Receipt link appears in the lower left corner of the display screen.  When selected, the receipt document opens for view:
